Order Status

Changing your order  

After your order has been submitted, you have 30 minutes to change certain information:

1. Shipping information such as name, address, or phone number 

2. Item or product name

3. Adding or removing items​

Order Update

To request changes to your order, you must contact Customer Service at 678-841-3790 . Your method of payment may need to be re-authorized if changes are made to your order, so please have it available.

Buy Online, Curbside Pick-Up

All orders must be placed online and can be picked up via curbside Monday - Friday between the hours of 2 - 6 P.M. EST.

Order Notification

Once your order is complete, you will be notified via email and text message for pick-up or shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return Policy

JESSYVONNE SCENTS does not take exchange or returns unless an incorrect item was provided, wrong item, or sent incorrectly. Although rare, but in case it happened, please log into your account and submit a ticket so we can get it resolved as soon as possible. However, if wrong items was ordered or wrong cases were ordered, it's up to JESSYVONNE SCENTS discretion to authorized the return or exchange. All returned items are subject to 15% restock fee. Once the merchandise is returned, the cost of the merchandise will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
